The Regency Residence

George Parsons, the owner of Park Vista Builders recently built our beautiful semi-custom home. Our relationship with George started from the very beginning. He helped us choose the best property for our home based the type of home we wanted and the contour of the land.

George was there every step of our home building journey. I was at the property every few days to watch the progress of our home and each and every subcontractor was friendly and open to teach me what they were doing and why. Not only were they friendly and professional each of them have worked for or with George for at least 10 years. That made my family and I comfortable because we have dealt with contractors who hire the cheapest fly by night subs. Any questions or concerns I had throughout the process George took care of right away.

George was good to his word and finished the project on time even though he dealt weather delays. We have been in the house for over six months and George still responds to any issue or questions we have in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our home and haven’t had any issues with the construction of our home. Every time we have company everyone tells us how much they love the layout of our home and how they wish theirs was like ours. We are so happy with George and his work we are going to have him build a detached garage this summer. If I ever build another home I will definitely hire George.
